Calgary Compost Project

INTECH Risk Management was engaged by the Lenders of the winning consortium to provide Lenders’ Insurance Advisory services in support of the Calgary Compost facility.

The winning consortium will Design, Build, Operate and Maintain the large-scale indoor/outdoor composting facility.

INTECH assisted the Lenders in all aspects of the insurance structure of the Project, including a through review of all documents related to the Project as well as impartial advise on specific insurance provisions in the documentation of the project.
